I hear alot about how the shop layout is 'always changing.' Truly, it probably is. Whether it is new Beads, Kits, Handmade Lovelies, Tools, Findings, and who-knows-what-else, something NEW is added for you literally every day the shop is open. All of these new additions need dispaly space. Everything shines better with a little breathing room just like we do. Today, my coworker at my other job asked if I had anything fun going on in my life...I had a resounding YES! for her. I was thinking about how very much I LOVE setting the store up for you!! Another super fun-for-me thing: This past week, I had time to sew 3 By Annie "Drop Zone" pouches for 3 special back-to-schoolers. (Thank you to the Maker I met at Crafty Craft in July who showed me the one she made!!) I was totally cheesing the whole time...It's been so long since I got to make a Bag and I LOVE making them!! I also LOVE hearing about what is fun in your life and seeing your creations. We are so blessed in this community!

The next picture is my little version of a trendy necklace from a certain retailer. My version features 3 mm Fire Polish Beads, Delicas for spacers, a vintage glass button that functions as a both a focal and a clasp, and some sweet star charms. Their version typically features larger Smooth Rondelles, and a chunkier Metal Push Clasp that can be embellished with charms and is also a focal point. Similar Beads and Clasps are en route to Foxy Squirrel!! Stay tuned for their arrival!
