Before I get to all the business, I have these "feelings." There were so many new and returned-after-quite-a-while Beaders in the shop this past week. Each one brought their own, very-individual Bead vision and quest, yet they all shared this totally contagious & vivacious enthusiasm and warmth when they spoke about them! If we have spent time chatting, you know that I have been "in retail" since before my adult life. And, yes, Foxy Squirrel is, truly, a retail establishment. But it has not (yet?) ever felt that way to me. (I saved us all and deleted the sap that started to fill up this screen. No one likes to be too sticky.) Thank you for calling and persisting even when Google Maps tries to tell you Foxy Squirrel is somewhere other than the Southwest Corner of Rockbrook Village. Thank you for sharing your vision and giving Foxy Squirrel the opportunity to support you in bringing your vision to life. Thank you for sharing your Art and your time. Thank you for coming back because you stopped by and I was closed because it was Monday or Tuesday or before 1PM during the week. Thank you for supporting this very small business. You are a vital and vibrant part of a most-lovely Beading Community.

Try as I might, I feel myself farther and farther away from ever catching up! (Maybe pretend there was a transition.) And I have no one to blame but my Bead-loving (aka Bead-buying😇) self. The new Kits from Diakonos Designs should be out for you when the store opens Wednesday! There are also new glass & crystal rounds, bicones, & rondelles strands: 2 mm to 10 mm! All $5 or LESS! Only some of those will be out for you by Wednesday though...I may have gone a little crazy. It will take some long, late nights and some serious Bead shuffling to unpack and make room for all of these new strands. But that just means there will likely be something NEW to see each time you visit Foxy Squirrel for the foreseeable future!☀️
