Is it the season? Is that why I am all in my feels? Perhaps. More likely, it is the vibe that you all bring with you into the shop. I was a little bit wound-up and slightly warm & fuzzy when I started this Newsletter yesterday. Then, as more and more students arrived for Stephanie's New Year's Eve Earring Class, and brand new Foxy Squirrel visitors arrived with their inspo, I got all kinds of warm & fuzzy!

After we closed, we got together with family to celebrate a birthday. After that, our youngest and I put up our Christmas stuff. I missed this last year for the first time ever. I actually didn't picture myself finding time for it this year either. But I brought the warm & fuzzy and jazzed & inspired vibes I got from you yesterday (and all week long) home with me. Next thing I knew, the party was over too quickly, the rest of the house scattered, and I was fluffing the naked tree that had been in the window all week. Then we were doing it together to Christmas music. Then, testing and hanging the lights with some really good hot cocoa and marshmallows. Then, Beaded garlands were randomly all over the place. Then the ornaments... and on and on into the night. She sang a little. She talked a lot. It was all so good!

I have mentioned this before...sometimes everything seems like just. so. much... But every Beader brings with them unique creative energy and every other Beader in the room feels it and wants to get in on it in one way or another. This Beading & Making Community makes the best kind of energy!! It is literally nourishing.

Did you know that Christmas is next week? I do now. Whoa. I can't wait to celebrate with dessert!
