IMPORTANT: Currently Foxy Squirrel does not send out mass market texts nor do we initiate any customer contact through texts.  We will reply to your texts but that is all.

 

Below is an outline of steps we will take if we start sending texts out.  We will ask your permission before sending you any new text messages.



How can I sign up for text alerts?

You will be able opt-in to our text messaging program by checking the box during the checkout process.

What kind of messages will I receive?

We aim to keep our messages relevant and useful. You can expect to receive updates on:

  • Order Status: Real-time notifications when your order is processed or shipped.
  • Exclusive Offers: Occasional announcements regarding special sales, events, or boutique updates.

How often will I receive messages?

We respect your inbox and your time. We typically send no more than 3 messages per month, primarily focusing on order updates or significant store announcements.

How do I stop receiving text messages?

You will be opt-out at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. Once you send that message, you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further marketing texts from that number.

Is there a cost for these messages?

While we do not charge for our text alerts, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Please check your mobile plan if you have concerns about potential costs.
